Rhubarb-strawberry pie


I bought rhubarb for the first time from the farmers' market this week. Ever since I tasted this rhubarb-strawberry pie months ago at a photo shoot I've been waiting for rhubarb to come in to season so I could make it at home. This is such an easy, delicious pie to make (recipe from the June issue of MSL here). I think I will need to go out and buy several more pounds of rhubarb to freeze so I can keep making this pie after the season for rhubarb ends.
